One of our key strategic themes is committing to making the day of our patients, by ensuring we are going above and beyond to deliver excellent high quality healthcare.

To demonstrate this, we have developed our first Patient Charter, which demonstrates our commitment to you, and the pledges we hope you will make in return. This will ensure that we are delivering the best care possible for you.

We are pleased to have developed our charter with the help of patients and carers at one of our engagement events, so we could be clear about what person centred patient care means to those we are helping in the community.

Our missions is to always strive for the best for our patients by delivering person centred patient care, and our charter reflects how we will achieve this,” said our Chief Executive, Julia Clarke.
