Introducing our new live feedback dashboard

The only way we can truly improve our services is by collecting and acting on your views and opinions. You are the experts in your care - and every month we hear from hundreds of you about the things we are doing well, and the areas where we can improve. This is why we are launching our live feedback dashboard.

Introducing our live feedback dashboard

Have you ever wondered what others are thinking about the services you use? Or have you ever wanted to know how other patients rated the service you are about to attend an appointment for?

Well, now you can find out.

Here, you can access our new patient feedback dashboard - a live view of what our patients think about our services. Yes, it’s live - everything you see is happening (almost) right now.

This is phase one of the feedback dashboard. In phase two (planned release later this year) you will be able to view feedback on each individual service.

Honesty is the best policy

We know that sharing information like this helps us to be transparent with you about our service delivery. A lot of the time, patients tell us we are doing well, and we are proud of dedicated clinicians for always doing the best for our patients. Sometimes, we know we need to make improvements; but we also know that that’s ok, and we work hard to make changes as quickly as possible.

Our services use the feedback you give to continually make service improvements and enhance patient experience; to find out more about this take a look at our service improvement page.

Have you told us what you think yet?

It is so easy to tell us about your experience of our services. You will be asked for feedback from one of our members of staff at your appointment and you can tell us what you think online, on your smartphone or on a paper form. If you prefer, you can share your view by visiting the service page on our website (look our for the feedback button on the left hand side of the page).

Other things we do that you might find interesting

We haven’t stopped collecting and acting on feedback. To find out about the other innovative things we are doing in patient and public engagement, visit our patient and carers section.
