Listening to feedback from patients helps to ensure that we are developing our services in the right way. With this in mind, over the next year we will be videoing some of our patients as they reflect on the care we’ve provided, with the aim of further refining our services to meet their needs.

Of course, there are some patients who are happy to be videoed - and others who are not! Rest assured that all the patients we film have given their express consent and are happy for their feedback to be featured on our website too.

Our first video focuses on the feedback of James, who recently attended our Pulmonary Rehabilitation Course and talks about the difference the course has made to his health and wellbeing.
