We’re celebrating National Apprenticeship Week, which takes place from March 4-11
This annual week-long celebration of apprenticeships will bring the whole apprenticeship community together to celebrate the impact of apprenticeships on individuals, employers and the economy.
We really value apprentices here at Bristol Community Health, and strongly believe they have a positive impact on the way our organisation works:
- In the last year, we have supported 34 apprentices to start, or continue, their training in a variety of clinical and nonclinical roles.
- We have supported 23 Trainee Nursing Associates and Trainee Assistant Practitioners through their apprenticeships. These qualifications are unique opportunities for staff to progress their career in health care.
“This has been such a great opportunity for me. I’m learning new skills and earning my own salary. I’d recommend an apprenticeship with BCH to anyone!”
