About our nursing open day
Life in community healthcare is rich, busy, and diverse. At Bristol Community Health, we foster a culture of respect, guided by our values.
If you’re a registered nurse or nursing student, why not come to our nursing open day? Meet the team, ask questions, and find out what a career in community healthcare is really like.
You don’t need to register – just pop along at a time that suits you.
We’ll be joined by members of staff from the following teams:
Dedicated nursing teams which provide healthcare and support to housebound patients in the home.
These teams work in partnership with local healthcare professionals – GPs and other specialist Bristol Community Health services – to improve the health and independence of local patients
Rapid Response Nursing
A multi-professional team of nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and support workers.
The team’s remit is to reduce hospital admissions by caring for people who became clinically unwell at home and who historically would have been admitted to hospital. They also work closely with secondary care facilitating early discharge.
It’s a fast-moving team with a diverse clinical caseload.
Keynsham Civic Centre is located on Market Walk in Keynsham, just off Temple Street.
