Your Healthcare, Your Way

We believe that the best community healthcare services are those developed with you in mind. Your Healthcare, Your Way, is an engagement event aimed at involving key stakeholders so we can ensure that the healthcare we provide is meeting the needs of those who are using it.
This event, with your support, could help us achieve the following:

• Create our Patient Charter, clearly outlining what patients expect from us.
• Develop ideas for how to involve individuals, communities and the voluntary sector in developing and improving our services.
• Agree the best approaches to involve volunteers to help us build links with communities, and engage with patients and carers.

We are also offering free healthchecks to patients and carers, including BMI tests, blood pressure monitoring tests, mobility aid MOT's and balance assessments. These are offered as part of our commitment to supporting you to live a health lifestyle. They are allocated on a first come, first served basis, and places are limited.
