Your voice really matters to us. What you think about how we're doing helps us to deliver our services in the right way. We include our patients in developing our organisation wherever possible and we would like you to get involved with us to make sure we get things right.
Our services are your services and you can help improve the way we do things by:
- Joining our Readers Panel. The Readers Panel looks at new information for patients, usually information leaflets, and gives us feedback on what is unclear or confusing.
- Volunteering on our service development working groups.
- Completing patient feedback questionnaires to tell us about your experiences. We aim to continuously improve, so sharing your thoughts on the service you receive from us is really important. You can contact our Public Involvement manager, Hildegard, to request a questionnaire - contact details are at the bottom of this page.
We will always do our best to....
- Improve your experience of our services by doing all we can to keep waiting times down.
- Involve patients in the design of our services, so that we know our services are really meeting the needs of our patients.
- Support the activities of Healthwatch Bristol.
- Involve patients and local groups in specific health projects, for example, the development of the South Bristol Community Hospital.
- Encourage Bristol residents to give us feedback on our services. More details on how to do this can be found in the 'Listening to you' section.
